Valeriya’s passion for the human anatomy and helping people brought her into massage therapy. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC.
During her time at WCCMT, she had the opportunity to work with the Vancouver Whitecaps, GF Strong, BC Women’s hospital, and Canuck place.
She offers a personalized approach and works with the patient as a team in order to create treatments that are tailor made to a patient’s unique needs and expectations. She believes the key to recovering is patient education, focusing on treatment and prevention.
She has a special interest in overuse and sports related injuries, muscle strains, posture correction and scar tissue.
Valeriya’s technique uses a combination of myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques and Swedish Massage.
Outside of the clinic Valeriya enjoys boxing, paddleboarding, trekking and photography.
She is bilingual in English and Russian.
