Gwyn is a recent graduate from the Master’s of Physical Therapy Program at UBC. Previously, she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology, and worked as a Kinesiologist and interned at a strength and conditioning gym in Richmond. From volunteering in adaptive sport and physical activity, she also has experience working with people with spinal cord injuries, MS, and Parkinson’s. Gwyn also works with Providence Health in acute care.
From sessions with Gwyn, you can expect a focused assessment of your functional movement and biomechanics. Treatment techniques include manual therapy, trigger point release, and movement re-education.
In her spare times, Gwyn enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, running, and food.
