After spending 14 years training athletes in Calgary, Adam moved to Vancouver in 2016 and attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy where he graduated and became an RMT. Along with treating injuries and conditions with the general public, Adam has worked with UBC athletes, spinal cord injuries at GF Strong and patients with MS and neurological impairments. His background as a strength and conditioning specialist includes a number of sports, but most notably working with athletes in the NHL, CFL, the Olympic bobsled and skeleton teams from Canada, Italy, Trinidad and Olympic weightlifters and sprinters. In 2018, he spent the winter travelling with the Canadian bobsled & skeleton team though their season. Adam also has a personal background in athletics as a national level sprinter and jumper in track and field.
